02 Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas (mashed)

  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour

  • ½ cup Butter (melted)

  • ¾ cup Granulated Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • ½ tsp Baking Soda

  • Pinch of Salt

    Optional Add-ins

  • ½ cup Chocolate Chips

  • ½ cup Walnuts or Pecans (chopped)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mash the Ripe Bananas until smooth.

Mix in melted Butter and Sugar until well combined.

Add Eggs and beat until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, whisk together Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
