02 Ingredients

  • 300g Lean Beef (sliced thin)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)

  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)

  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets

  • 1 Carrot (julienned)

  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Sesame Oil

  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)

  • ½ tsp Ginger (grated, optional)

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 1
Heat Olive Oil or Sesame Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add Garlic and Ginger (if using), and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in Soy Sauce and cook for an additional minute, allowing the sauce to coat the beef and vegetables evenly.
