300g Lean Beef (sliced thin)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 Carrot (julienned)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil or Sesame Oil
1 clove Garlic (minced)
½ tsp Ginger (grated, optional)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)

Heat Olive Oil or Sesame Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
