  • 200g Dark Chocolate (chopped)

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 2 tbsp Sugar (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Step 1
Melt the Dark Chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth and allow to cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whip Heavy Cream and Sugar (if using) until soft peaks form. Add Vanilla Extract and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the melted Chocolate into the whipped cream, mixing until fully combined and smooth.
