Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon (Refreshing & Healthy)

02 Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets (about 180–200g each)
2 tbsp Butter (melted)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 Lemon (½ sliced, ½ juiced)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Optional Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
03 Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with foil or parchment paper.
Step 2
Pat the Salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared tray.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine melted Butter, Olive Oil, minced Garlic, and Lemon Juice.
Step 4
Brush the mixture evenly over the Salmon fillets.
Step 5
Top each fillet with Lemon slices. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, until the Salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Step 7
Garnish with Fresh Parsley and serve hot.
