02 Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Chops (bone-in or boneless, about 1 inch thick)

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • ½ tsp Onion Powder

  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary or Thyme (optional)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Pat the Pork Chops dry with paper towels. Rub with Olive Oil on both sides.

Season the Pork Chops generously with Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Onion Powder, and Rosemary or Thyme (if using).

Step 4
Place the Pork Chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a baking dish.

Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Step 6
Let the Pork Chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
