2 Pork Loin Chops (about 1 inch thick)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Dried Rosemary or Thyme (optional)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (optional for added flavor)
