02 Ingredients

  • 1kg Chicken Wings (split into flats and drumettes)

  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (for coating)

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

  • Oil (for deep frying)

  • For Sauce

  • ½ cup Hot Sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • 4 tbsp Butter (melted)

  • 1 tsp Vinegar (optional)

  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional, for extra heat)

  • To Serve

  • Celery Sticks

  • Blue Cheese Dip (or Ranch Dressing)





03 Method

Step 1
Pat the Chicken Wings dry with paper towels.

Step 2
Mix Flour, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper in a bowl. Coat the wings evenly.

Heat Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175°C (350°F).

Step 4
Fry the wings in batches for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Step 5
In a saucepan, combine Hot Sauce, melted Butter, and optional Vinegar or Cayenne. Heat gently until smooth.

Step 6
Toss the fried wings in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.

Step 7
Serve immediately with Celery Sticks and Blue Cheese Dip.
