1kg Chicken Wings (split into flats and drumettes)
1 cup All-Purpose Flour (for coating)
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
Oil (for deep frying)
For Sauce
½ cup Hot Sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
4 tbsp Butter (melted)
1 tsp Vinegar (optional)
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper (optional, for extra heat)
To Serve
Celery Sticks
Blue Cheese Dip (or Ranch Dressing)
03 Method
Step 1
Pat the Chicken Wings dry with paper towels.
Step 2
Mix Flour, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Black Pepper in a bowl. Coat the wings evenly.
Step 3
Heat Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 175°C (350°F).
Step 4
Fry the wings in batches for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Step 5
In a saucepan, combine Hot Sauce, melted Butter, and optional Vinegar or Cayenne. Heat gently until smooth.
Step 6
Toss the fried wings in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
