02 Ingredients

  • 200g Fettuccine Pasta

  • 1 Chicken Breast (grilled or roasted, sliced)

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 200ml Heavy Cream

  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

  • Optional Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

03 Method

Step 1
Cook Fettuccine Pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Season Chicken Breast with Salt and Black Pepper. Heat Olive Oil in a skillet and grill or roast the Chicken until golden and cooked through. Slice into thin strips.

Step 3
In the same skillet, melt Butter and sauté Garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4
Pour in Heavy Cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.

Step 5
Add Parmesan Cheese and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.

Step 6
Toss in the cooked Pasta, coating evenly with the Alfredo Sauce.

Step 7
Top with sliced Chicken and garnish with Fresh Parsley.

Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.
