4 slices White Bread (or whole grain, crusts removed)
½ cup Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tbsp Fresh Dill or Parsley (optional)
1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)
1 Cucumber (thinly sliced)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 1
Spread the Cream Cheese evenly on both slices of bread.
Step 2
Season the cream cheese with a pinch of Salt, Black Pepper, and Fresh Dill or Parsley (optional). Add Lemon Juice if desired.
