  • 250g Shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 3 tbsp Butter

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped, or Dill/Thyme)

  • Optional Chili Flakes (for heat)

  • Optional Cooked Rice or Bread (to serve)

Step 1
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Stir in lemon juice and the remaining 1 tbsp butter. Toss shrimp to coat evenly.
