02 Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts (skinless, boneless)
4 cups Mixed Salad Greens (lettuce, spinach, or arugula)
1 Avocado (sliced)
¼ cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1 tbsp Olive Oil (for grilling)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
For Dressing
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp Honey or Mustard (optional)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
03 Method
Step 1
Season Chicken Breasts with Salt and Black Pepper. Brush lightly with Olive Oil.
Step 2
Grill Chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Step 3
Arrange Salad Greens in a large bowl or on plates.
Step 4
Add sliced Avocado and Nuts on top.
Step 5
Place the sliced Grilled Chicken over the salad.
Step 6
Whisk together Olive Oil, Lemon Juice (or Balsamic Vinegar), and optional Honey or Mustard to make the dressing.
Step 7
Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss gently, and serve immediately.
