02 Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets (about 180–200g each)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
For Dill Sauce
½ cup Greek Yogurt (or plain yogurt)
1 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest (optional)
1 clove Garlic (minced, optional)
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Optional Lemon Wedges (for serving)
Optional Steamed Vegetables or Salad (to serve)
03 Method
Step 1
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush Salmon fillets with Olive Oil and season with Salt and Black Pepper.
Step 2
Grill Salmon for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and lightly charred. Remove and let rest for 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the Dill Sauce: in a small bowl, mix Greek Yogurt, Dill, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Garlic (if using), Salt, and Black Pepper until smooth.
Step 4
Serve the Grilled Salmon hot with a generous spoonful of Dill Sauce on top.
Step 5
Garnish with Lemon Wedges and pair with Steamed Vegetables or Salad for a complete meal.
