02 Ingredients
2 Salmon Fillets (about 180–200g each)
2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (or Rice Vinegar)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Optional Sesame Seeds & Green Onions (for garnish)
03 Method
Step 1
Pat the Salmon fillets dry and season lightly with Salt and Black Pepper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together Honey, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, and minced Garlic.
Step 3
Heat Olive Oil or Butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Place the Salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden.
Step 5
Flip the Salmon and pour in the Honey Garlic Sauce.
Step 6
Cook for another 3–4 minutes, spooning the sauce over the Salmon until it thickens into a glaze.
Step 7
Remove from heat, garnish with Sesame Seeds and Green Onions if desired, and serve hot.
