02 Ingredients
2 Italian Hoagie Rolls (or long sub rolls)
6 slices Salami
4 slices Ham
2 slices Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese
2 leaves Romaine Lettuce (shredded)
½ small Red Onion (thinly sliced)
6–8 Black or Green Olives (sliced)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Optional Tomato Slices
Optional Pickled Peppers

Step 1
Slice the Hoagie Rolls lengthwise, leaving one side slightly attached to create a hinge.
Step 2
Layer Salami and Ham evenly inside each roll.
Step 3
Add slices of Cheese on top of the meat.
Step 4
Top with shredded Lettuce, Onion slices, and Olives.
Step 5
Optional: Add Tomato slices or Pickled Peppers for extra flavor.
Step 6
In a small bowl, whisk Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar, then drizzle evenly over the fillings.
Step 7
Season lightly with Salt and Black Pepper.
Step 8
Close the rolls, press gently, cut in half, and serve immediately.
