02 Ingredients

  • 2 Italian Hoagie Rolls (or long sub rolls)

  • 6 slices Salami

  • 4 slices Ham

  • 2 slices Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese

  • 2 leaves Romaine Lettuce (shredded)

  • ½ small Red Onion (thinly sliced)

  • 6–8 Black or Green Olives (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

  • Optional Tomato Slices

  • Optional Pickled Peppers

Step 1
Slice the Hoagie Rolls lengthwise, leaving one side slightly attached to create a hinge.

Layer Salami and Ham evenly inside each roll.

Step 3
Add slices of Cheese on top of the meat.

Top with shredded Lettuce, Onion slices, and Olives.

Optional: Add Tomato slices or Pickled Peppers for extra flavor.

In a small bowl, whisk Olive Oil and Red Wine Vinegar, then drizzle evenly over the fillings.
