02 Ingredients
4 Soft Burger Buns
600g Pulled Pork (slow-cooked or leftover)
1 cup Barbecue Sauce
2 cups Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
1 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter (for toasting buns)
Optional Pickles
Optional Hot Sauce

Step 1
If not using leftover Pulled Pork, cook Pork Shoulder in a slow cooker or oven for 5–6 hours until tender, then shred with forks.
Step 2
Mix the shredded Pork with Barbecue Sauce until evenly coated. Keep warm.
Step 3
Toast the Burger Buns lightly in a skillet with a little Butter or Oil for extra flavor.
Step 4
Spoon Pulled Pork generously onto the bottom half of each Bun.
Step 5
Top with a scoop of creamy Coleslaw.
Step 6
Optional: Add Pickles or a drizzle of Hot Sauce for extra kick.
Step 7
Close with the top Bun, press gently, and serve hot.
