02 Ingredients

  • 4 Soft Burger Buns

  • 600g Pulled Pork (slow-cooked or leftover)

  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

  • 2 cups Coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter (for toasting buns)

  • Optional Pickles

  • Optional Hot Sauce


03 Method

Step 1
If not using leftover Pulled Pork, cook Pork Shoulder in a slow cooker or oven for 5–6 hours until tender, then shred with forks.

Step 2
Mix the shredded Pork with Barbecue Sauce until evenly coated. Keep warm.

Step 3
Toast the Burger Buns lightly in a skillet with a little Butter or Oil for extra flavor.

Step 4
Spoon Pulled Pork generously onto the bottom half of each Bun.

Step 5
Top with a scoop of creamy Coleslaw.

Step 6
Optional: Add Pickles or a drizzle of Hot Sauce for extra kick.

Close with the top Bun, press gently, and serve hot.
