4 slices Rye Bread
8 oz Corned Beef (sliced)
4 slices Swiss Cheese
½ cup Sauerkraut (drained and squeezed)
2 tbsp Russian Dressing or Thousand Island Dressing
2 tbsp Butter (for grilling)

Step 1
Spread Russian or Thousand Island Dressing on one side of each slice of Rye Bread.
Step 2
Layer the Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, and Sauerkraut on two slices of bread. Top with the other slices of bread, dressing side down.
Step 3
Heat Butter in a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Step 4
Grill the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing down gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
