  • 4 slices Rye Bread

  • 8 oz Corned Beef (sliced)

  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese

  • ½ cup Sauerkraut (drained and squeezed)

  • 2 tbsp Russian Dressing or Thousand Island Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Butter (for grilling)

Step 1
Spread Russian or Thousand Island Dressing on one side of each slice of Rye Bread.

Step 2
Layer the Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, and Sauerkraut on two slices of bread. Top with the other slices of bread, dressing side down.

Step 3
Heat Butter in a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
