Salmon Burger (Healthy Burger Alternative)

02 Ingredients
250g Fresh Salmon (skinless, finely chopped or minced)
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs (or panko)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Fresh Dill or Parsley (chopped)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
2 Burger Buns
2 leaves Lettuce
2 slices Tomato
2–4 slices Pickles
1 tbsp Mayonnaise or Yogurt Sauce
1 tbsp Olive Oil (for cooking)
03 Method
Step 1
Finely chop or mince the Salmon and place it in a bowl.
Step 2
Add Egg, Breadcrumbs, Lemon Juice, Garlic, and Dill. Season with Salt and Black Pepper. Mix well.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into 2 patties of equal size.
Step 4
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5
Lightly toast the Burger Buns.
Step 6
Spread Mayonnaise (or Yogurt Sauce) on the bottom bun.
Step 7
Layer Lettuce, Salmon Patty, Tomato, and Pickles.
Step 8
Close with the top bun, press gently, and serve hot.
