200g Sushi-Grade Salmon (cut into cubes)
2 cups Cooked Rice (sushi rice or jasmine rice)
1 Avocado (diced)
½ Cucumber (sliced)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Rice Vinegar (optional)
1 tsp Honey or Sugar (optional, for sweetness)
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Optional Edamame Beans
Optional Seaweed Salad
Optional Green Onions (chopped)
03 Method
Step 1
Prepare the Rice and let it cool slightly. Divide into serving bowls.
Step 2
Cut the Salmon into bite-sized cubes.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Rice Vinegar, and Honey (if using). Toss the Salmon cubes gently in the sauce.

Arrange Avocado, Cucumber, and optional Edamame or Seaweed Salad around the Rice.
