02 Ingredients

  • 2 Bagels (sliced and toasted)

  • 100g Smoked Salmon (thinly sliced)

  • 4 tbsp Cream Cheese

  • ¼ small Red Onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tbsp Capers

  • 2 slices Tomato (optional)

  • 2–4 slices Cucumber (optional)

  • Fresh Dill (for garnish, optional)

Step 1
Slice and toast the Bagels until golden.

Step 2
Spread Cream Cheese generously on both cut sides of the bagels.

Step 3
Layer Smoked Salmon evenly over the bottom halves.

Add Onion slices, Capers, and optional Tomato or Cucumber slices.
