2 Bagels (sliced and toasted)
100g Smoked Salmon (thinly sliced)
4 tbsp Cream Cheese
¼ small Red Onion (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Capers
2 slices Tomato (optional)
2–4 slices Cucumber (optional)
Fresh Dill (for garnish, optional)
03 Method
Step 1
Slice and toast the Bagels until golden.
Step 2
Spread Cream Cheese generously on both cut sides of the bagels.
Step 3
Layer Smoked Salmon evenly over the bottom halves.
Step 4
Add Onion slices, Capers, and optional Tomato or Cucumber slices.
Step 5
Top with Fresh Dill if desired.
Step 6
Close with the top halves of the Bagels, press gently, and serve immediately.
