4 slices Whole Wheat or White Bread (toasted if desired)
1 can Tuna (in water or oil, drained)
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Celery Stick (finely chopped, optional)
Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
2 leaves Lettuce
Optional Tomato Slices

Step 1
Drain the Tuna and place it in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix Tuna with Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, and chopped Celery (if using).

Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
Step 4
Toast the Bread if desired.
Step 5
Spread the Tuna Salad evenly on 2 slices of Bread.

Top with Lettuce and optional Tomato slices.

Close with the remaining slices of Bread.
