  • 4 slices Whole Wheat or White Bread (toasted if desired)

  • 1 can Tuna (in water or oil, drained)

  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 Celery Stick (finely chopped, optional)

  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 2 leaves Lettuce

  • Optional Tomato Slices

Step 1
Drain the Tuna and place it in a bowl.

Mix Tuna with Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, and chopped Celery (if using).

Season with Salt and Black Pepper to taste.
