02 Ingredients

  • 4 slices Whole Wheat or White Bread (toasted if desired)

  • 200g Sliced Roast Turkey (leftover or deli-style)

  • 2 slices Cheddar or Swiss Cheese

  • 2 leaves Romaine Lettuce

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise or Mustard

  • 2 tbsp Cranberry Sauce (optional, for a festive touch)

  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)

  • To serve Pickles or Potato Chips

03 Method

Step 1
Lay out 4 slices of Bread on a clean surface. Toast if you prefer extra crunch.

Step 2
Spread Mayonnaise or Mustard on one side of 2 slices of Bread.

Step 3
Layer Roast Turkey slices evenly on the bread.

Step 4
Add Cheese slices and Lettuce leaves on top of the turkey.

Step 5
Optional: Spread Cranberry Sauce on the other 2 slices of Bread for a sweet-tart flavor.

Step 6
Season lightly with Salt and Black Pepper.

Step 7
Close the sandwiches with the remaining Bread slices.

Step 8
Cut in half diagonally and serve with Pickles or Potato Chips.
